The MBA Presents Generating Exceptional Profits at Lunch and Learn

A Special Presentation by the Aspire Institute Director of Coaching & Curriculum, Brent Baker, May 25 in Bellevue WA

The Master Builders Association of King & Snohomish Counties (MBA), will host a special presentation by The Aspire Institute Director of Coaching & Curriculum, Brent Baker, entitled, “Generating Exceptional Profits,” at their Lunch and Learn meeting on May 25th in Bellevue, Washington. The presentation is designed to help building professionals refocus their attention from just driving revenue to generating increased retained earnings or gross profit dollars. This presentation will reveal how Aspire has helped many contractors learn where profit really comes from.

“I hope to help building professionals have a better understanding of how their gross profit dollars are actually created. Many builders believe that if they just take on more projects and work harder they will increase profits, but in most cases this just doesn’t work.  Significant, life-changing profit levels will not come from simply growing revenues. I will show how different business models and project mixes can have a substantial impact on bottom line profits, and how a small change can allow profits to flow more easily, and in many cases with less work,” said Aspire Institute Director of Coaching & Curriculum, Brent Baker.

In 2016 Aspire Institute Founder & CEO, Ken Brookings, authored an industry white paper on the subject entitled, “Where Does Profit Really Come From?” The accompanying white paper will be available free of charge to all attendees at the presentation, or it can be downloaded in advance from the Aspire Institute web site: Click Here to Download.

The presentation is sponsored by The Master Builders Association of King & Snohomish Counties and will take place at the MBA Housing Center, 335 116th Avenue SE, in Bellevue, WA on Thursday, May 25, 2017, from 11:30 am to 1 pm. Tickets for MBAKS members are $10. Non-member tickets are $15. For more information or to register: Click Here.
